  • New York’s Cobble Hill neighborhood marries a bohemian art scene and mom-and-pop shops, transplanted Manhattan families, lifelong residents and young singles, hip bars and restaurants, plus old-school Brooklyn aesthetics.

On a tree-lined block of brownstones, longtime Workshop/APD clients engaged our team to design a modern new townhouse that offered the family of 4 comfortable, well-proportioned rooms that maximized light and views and ample space for the epicureans to cook, dine and entertain.

Nestled between two classic 1900s buildings, this ground-up townhouse embodies the ever-changing neighborhood’s energy with a forward-thinking design in Belgian brick, glass and steel. The family home features bright, comfortable rooms that take full advantage of the spacious lot’s light and views, a jaw-dropping chef’s kitchen, and a penthouse studio and terrace with a modern jacuzzi.
