Roquebrune Cap Martin House
Located near Monaco, Bolshakova Interiors designed the Roquebrune Cap Martin as a unique holiday destination, ideal for a big family looking for a French getaway.
This property overlooks the breath-taking Monte Carlo coastline, the owner wanted to reflect the uniquely beautiful atmosphere of the surrounding region in the design of his residence.
Bolshakova Interiors have used open spaces and exceptional lighting to create a fluid sense of harmony in which the views speak for themselves. The contemporary inspired interiors are complemented by pastel colours reflective of the outstanding natural environment and coastline. Using contrasting tones and carefully placed furniture a luxurious yet homely interior has been created. The contrasting accents give this home an expressive and intriguing element whilst still keeping luxury and quality as its top priority. Functionality and elegance blend seamlessly in this unique Bolshakova Interiors project.
Furniture in powder shades from Black Tie and Minnoti, soft lighting from Ralph Lauren and Moooi produces an interesting range of silhouettes.
In the kitchen space we worked with low ceilings and thanks to the light tones and carefully considered furniture management, we managed to create a sense of more space. The contrasting accents make the light interior more expressive, and with the furniture from Poliform, it could be described as multifunctional. From the dining zone an entrance leads to a terrace, from where one can admire the sea and swimming pool.
The private master zone is located on the second floor and designed as a single and private space for two, where the bedroom merges with the bathroom and dressing room. Here playful pastel shades and expressive contrasts prevail.
In the bathroom we wanted to create a continuation of the living area. To achieve this, the flooring was chosen in the same parquet as the bedroom. An independently standing bath gives this space a feeling of romance and relaxation.
The guest area is located on the first floor. This bedroom has a more masculine mood, with saturated steel coloured walls, black lampshades, and a leather bedframe. The bathroom is decorated with noble marble, making the space visually stunning and immaculate.
