Bondi Residence 2
A relaxed and open environment, Molnar Freeman Architects worked to rebuild the indoor and outdoor spaces of this Sydney gem with a beach and Scandinavian feel.
This project in Bondi was rebuilt to a semi that had all sorts of under-utilised features.
One side faced north, the front faced out to the ocean. The house was rebuilt in a relaxed beach/Scandinavian style. It is unexpectedly large with a self contained flat and man cave and extra living on the bottom level.
The external material palette is natural and the interior is neutral to create a relaxed, open feeling.
