Armadale House
Tom Robertson Architects used the original features of this Melbourne home as a creative launchpad for its redesign, a refined and contemporary feel for a young family.
A respectfully contextual response to its neighbouring adjacencies, the cottage-fronted family home sees a calming and restrained sense of the familiar injected through a contemporary lens.
The existing features used as a launchpad for inspiration, the extension and redesign of the internal optimises vertical and horizontal surfaces, carving into them to create a light-filled home.
