Vine Street House Remodel
Open, minimal and warm interiors, AK Design implemented modern lines and soft touches in a Vancouver condo to realize the aesthetic of clients looking to downsize.
Our clients were downsizing from a large home to a 2 bedroom 2 level condo with an amazing view. They wanted open, minimal and warm interiors. They wanted thoughtful storage and calm for the next chapter in their life. We accomplished this with the integration of lots of warm walnut custom cabinetry, modern lines and soft touches.
The condo is 2 levels and had closed off rooms, multiple ceiling planes and inconsistent window sizes throughout. Our goal was to edit the space to detract from the challenges and focus on the light and view.
