Seattle Waterfront Residence
Pulp Design Studios worked to create a family friendly space for their clients’ sophisticated transitional home located waterfront in Seattle.
Located in Seattle, this waterfront residence is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath and serves as a permanent residence for a couple and their three school-aged children. With a sophisticated transitional design, the home also has a modern flair and a quiet nod to their African American culture through art. The PDS team was brought on to furnish and finish their home with minor renovations, such as the lower level entertaining area, the hidden door to the wine cellar and the built-ins in the playroom for homework after the homeowners after extreme renovation fatigue. The finished space is a curated space of family friendly sophistication with durable, but luxe products that can stand the test of time.
